Like coming out of a coma with nothing left but mistakes and grief. Sorry
I've been praying

Mellow and uninterested. Loosing focus on productive tasks and really just wanting to be alone for the day.

Anxious this afternoon

I relate to the nightmare feeling. Right now I feel so many things! Bottom line, I refuse to give up. God bless us all.

Feeling really sad. My sister sent me the wrong link for our dad’s 95th birthday celebration on Zoom. Our whole family participated and nobody missed me! I feel so alone!

I'm weirdly tired today... too hot, and having trouble staying awake/alert. I'm not sure why. Dreading having to be "back at work" tomorrow, even if it's remote. Just over-stressed about the big things in life and no idea how to fix it.

Ok but have some worries...also worried about a friend tonight. Overall ok.

Feeling very anxious, isolated and alone. I feel like I'm suffocating and no one cares. No one checks on me. No one's available to talk. Things are so stressful now, I don't want to be alone.

Quite relaxed. Resigned to fate.

I start to PMS in about 5 days. Last time I had a lot of SI and almost ended up IP twice. This time I’ll be on testosterone and with just everything else that’s going on, I’m kinda worried. Part of me is like, let’s not worry about this until it happens. But another part of me is like you need to figure out a plan now.

Anxious this morning

I am feeling such an enormous sense of responsibility, but I can't do anything. This is making me feel so sad. Right now I feel painfully helpless.

I am feeling pretty pissed off after talking to a snippy customer service rep on the phone, after waiting 20 minutes listening to the same g-----d-----mn piece of music!!!!!

I feel tired today. I have no motivation to do anything. I'm pushing myself to do the most necessary. Hugs to all who need it or who are struggling.

Frustrated. I am almost in same situation as I was w j.g en living under same place as a narcistic. All I do is go to work and return to my room. The ymca I was using to exercise is shut down .a 8 pm curfew exists now and if you work evenings or overnight you require a document from your employer ...egad back to the time of your papers pls

Ho hum. Not depressed. Not knowing what to do with myself, though I did accomplish a little today.
