Lying on my back with the windows closed I feel better. I took an Allegra and a cepacol an hour ago could be allergies. I don’t have a cough.

Migraine. Was up all night. Head about to explode, nothing helps and can’t stop throwing up. Laying down now in hopes to fall asleep
I get these migraines once a month. This one isn’t as bad as the last one as I can use the phone and have a night light on but bad enough |
