Pretty good right now . . .

I'm a little stressed at the moment... trying to relax. I'm unable to sleep. So doing things to pass the time.

Mixed emotions

A little depressed this morning/afternoon.

A bit agitated, frustrated and fed up.

Crap no money till Wednesday all I have is money for cigarettes till than I have to do "free" things like go to the day-care centre and the library.. Probably sleep in tomorrow.. Im not that annoyed about it tho since I have enough to-do that is free and wait till then and might treat myself to a McDonalds' and the cinema next week. Yes I think I can go without my daily yogurt and granola that I buy everyday for like 2EUROS a packet

Cranky. Moody. Tired. Anxious. Where the hell is my period. I have this like permanent PMS that I’ve had since getting off my birth control over 3 weeks ago and it’s frustrating.

Hungry! A little bummed, partly because I keep seeing others losing weight and here I am gaining again. Sigh!

I am tired, but over all I'm doing pretty good. I fulfilled some goals today! So I'm glad about that.

I'm irritated this morning. My cat keeps sitting in front of my monitor. I've already given him attention. Now I want my time. I want him to leave me alone. He can be so annoying.

I was told not to drink coffee and energy drinks no to "activate" the hypomania period. But I really like coffee and miss that feeling of courage. So, I'm sad, I guess

Right now I'm feeling sleepy.

I feel very good. I should study French. It's beautiful outside, so hubby and I should take a walk. I want to make Huevos Rancheros for lunch or dinner, then Crepes Suzette as a dessert. Hubby always loves when I flambe. I already made 14 small crepes this morning. We ate half for breakfast. Yum!

My heart & soul ache very much. Someone who I thought cared dearly about me ...all seems to have been fake, for only 50 minutes per week so long as i pay $150.

To be honest I do have a mild sore throat right now. I took a Xanax half an hour ago. I know it’s bad to take one for physical stuff. But the sore throat is still there. I was in close contact with a lot of people yesterday. I could have picked up something minor. Hopefully it’s just heartburn. Or more anxiety.

Depressed this afternoon

Little disappointed I'm not going to watch Netflix show tonight. Sigh!

At the very least rather disappointed, disgusted with the Phila. PA Sixers. They can't seem to win on the road. NBA states they are best at home games. So that is a fact not an opinion. Worried head coach Brett Brown will be fired. Unsure who all to blame. GM General Manager Elton Brand is partly responsible because of the trades and players he gave us. (opinion)

Tired, need to eat dinner, bummed my lower back hurts.

I feel pretty good this morning. I got plenty of sleep last night. I also had yummy cinnamon rolls, which helped put me in a good mood.

Seriously feel I'm about to cry. (Just realized this could be pms..) but yea, I disappointed myself again and didn't get enough sleep and it was just the last straw, or so it feels and I just feel like crying.

I have a lot of pent up frustration and anger.
