3. eat mcdonalds (always been a huge mcdonalds fan)

4. bounce on the bed when I am happy

5. sing nursery rymes to myself

6. play catch with a bouncy ball when I have the chance

Draw and paint. That’s for life

Prefer sea/ocean to lakes and rivers for swimming as I grew up by the sea

Don’t mind swimming in cold water as I grew up by cold sea and we swam in any weather (not winter lol)

Read a lot. Although I have trouble concentrating lately. I read a ton as a kid. So not the same amount now

When I’m sitting down and people talk to me or look at me and I get anxious I‘ll I turn my head at and refuse to look at them. I do this in therapy a lot. Also when I’m out in public I’ll turn my back on strangers if they stare at me.

Ride my horse.

Sit cross legged on the floor (& I can still get up by myself at my age)

When I was a child, I always slept with a stuffed animal. Now that I'm an adult, I prefer that my cats sleep with me. Also, I have a small, soft pillow that I like having next to me when I sleep. I am lost if I don't have my pillow.

I paint and draw.
I play music.
I play games.
I read a lot.

I believe in imagination. When I was a teen, I used my imagination to do well with my music. I pictured myself winning a competition. I did it every day when I practiced. Sure enough I won. I did better than win. I made "first seat" in all the region. As an adult, I believe in the power of imagination. But I don't do it as easily anymore. I have too many negative thoughts in my head. But I think I will start giving it a good try.

I still talk to myself a lot. I talk a lot, in general. I remember a father of a childhood friend told me I was "gabby". I didn't know that word, so asked my mother what it meant. I think I was maybe 6 or 7 years old at the time.

I still:

Want to go for bike rides, to cheer myself up
Go for walks, to do the same
Bake . It's a very good thing for me to do.
Think creatively, and plan little 'dream' projects I'd like to do. (I'm so glad I got that back!)
Daydream, and use it as a healing practice for myself
Try and cheer people up
Hope for the best
Sing to myself when I'm happy

when I'm refering to someone's family, it is always mummy and daddy

never mum and dad, mother and father..

same as doggy, never dog, and bouncy ball, never ball
