Yeah my vitamin D is low. My doctor says that explains my symptoms. He wants me to start on 1000 Vitamin D every morning. Now I feel relief knowing theres a legit reason why I've been sleeping so much yet am still tired and feel so weak and achy and unwell all the time and that I'm not just losing my marbles.

So glad you’ve got supplements and hope they’ll help. It’s really difficult in the Northern hemisphere to make enough vitamin D.

Monday bloody Monday. I’m working full time now. Last week was a long week. Teaching my first class today and my son starts his new daycare today. We bought a house. Moving in on 24 March next month! Still have loads of packing left to do.

I’m meant to be on vitamin d supplements because I’m always deficient. I don’t take them though. I have so much other stuff I take ….

Congrats on your new house. My daughter and son in law just moved to a new house yesterday. It’s a lot of work isn’t it

Today is mom’s death anniversary. So wasn’t feeling too great all day. Much better now after going to a cemetery. Gave me peace of mind.

Will be relaxing now before work week

Are you using a phone?

I can never get either of the trigger things to work on a stupid "smart"phone

I used to be able to get it to work on my phone but since they updated something, it stopped working? I might ask it on feedback subforum

Just o.k., today. Battling some bad pain in my left hand, and neck.

There's lots to do, so (hopefully) keeping busy will get me through this.

$7000 bill for new well. Yikes. Well at least it's a step in the right direction. Wife and I are looking to file a claim.

Physically? Better, thanks.

Emotionally? I think I need to get away from my husband for awhile. He did it again---just announced all the things he planned on doing (they don't involve me) when he knows I've been waiting on him, and his help, to get some things done around here.

I am so tired of having to practically beg him to help me with things that are getting harder and harder for me all the time. He knows full well what's been happening.

Outta here! (those smilies chasing me are annoyances)

I took the vitamin D pills. I did 170 crunches. I used my sun lamp for 30 minutes. I watched my calories. My mom picked up a lot of groceries for me so I'm good on food. I feel ok I guess. Or at least I'm starting to get there. I avoided taking a nap for the 3rd day in a row.
