I'm good.

At least the seniors were well behaved today and got some work done. Had a good day.

I'm tired but I'm not feeling much of anything else after I used my sun light a couple hours ago. I'm just super lethargic now. My legs feel like jello.

I’m tired. Been awake since 3am. Just can’t sleep properly. Popped a Valium before work.

It sounds like you went real hard on the workout. It's good to give yourself a day to recover. Muscle needs time to rebuild itself.

Congrats on all the other good things you're doing for yourself, and for following the doctor's advice.

Today is a rather good day in terms no one disturbed me.

2am is NOT the time to be awake ..... as in, wake up and get up for the day. At least the music on my YouTube playlist is good ....

Haven't been around these parts in a while. Was in jail for 10 months followed by rehab for another 11 months where I am currently at now. It's been so hard for me with my mental health issues, and nowadays I am just tired all the time - like I have zero energy.

I sincerely do hope you find the forums here of some use and hopefully, things will improve for you very soon.

My legs feel like they are gonna give out on me. My arms feel like floppy almost dead fish. I tried all my valiums and my nausea meds which suck. I really want a zofran. My mom is getting panera so maybe I need to eat.

Same as the last 10 days. Weak and exhausted. I did go to immediate care and I was negative for strep and mono and probably covid too. She told me its best to see my primary so I set up an appointment for Tuesday. I did take a shower though finally. Overall my mental health was decent today since I feel like crap physically so I don't feel much anxiety. My mom is trying to get me to eat. She offered all kinds of fast food options and said she could make me eggs. She went to the grocery store to pickup some stuff and got me some stuff I paid for. I ate some apple sauce and yogurt just to get something in me. Currently I'm just in bed coughing and freezing and my throat hurts like theres a lump there and I have heartburn that won't go away with pepcid or zofran.

I took cough syrup at 5:30 last night and then again at 10. I woke up at 1 and I felt decent. I got back to sleep for a bit around 5:30. I don't feel weak but I've had a lot of caffeine that has helped. My throat is still bugging me though and I'm still coughing. My anxiety is still fine. Overall today is better then yesterday.

I woke up at 5:50am. I feel like a different person. I actually slept! It’s because it’s Sunday and I don’t have work today. Never sleep on a work day. Catching up with my eldest son today for his 23rd birthday that was on Thursday. I feel old lol. I was quite young when I had him though so I’m not THAT old!

Whatever I have is gone. It must have just been some really bad cold or some other kinda bug. I know my mom and brother had a cold before me. Or the vitamin D was kicking my *** that badly. I don't feel weak and fatigued and I'm not coughing and my throat feels fine. I slept until 6:15 which I'm sure helped. I got my laundry done and I watched TV and got caught up on my shows instead of zoning out in front of my phone and lying down in bed all day. It was a weird 10 days though.

I'm okay. I am very behind on my schoolwork so that's no fun. I'm eating right now and watching a movie.

After feeling so overwhelmed yesterday and crying and having an asthma attack I feel better today. Tomorrow should be another easy day at work it’s Thursday I’m not looking forward to!

I'm sort of ok I guess.

I'm anxious. I am trying to get a hold of a possible new T. I don't relish the thought of leaving current T but I don't think I am improving and I could use some more help. I hope possible new T gets back to me.

Don't buy cheese from a gas station. I was looking for the new Pepsi Peeps and the new Coke Move and I was hangry so I got this piece of cheese which looked good and it was pretty big and low in calories. I should have figured it out when it was warm and not cold that there was an issue. I've been paying for it all afternoon. My stomach hurts like **** and I've tried every OTC pain and nausea thing I have. I tried eating dinner in case I just needed to eat again and that wasn't the issue either. Sometimes my therapist really needs to shut it.

Gas station .......... find that confusing ............... why would a shop sell gas, like oxygen and carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide and any other gases that are floating around the air? can get gases for free, if its the ones that are floating around the air?
