Checking in: how are you?

Have a therapy appointment today with a new therapist. I guess I am pretty nervous. It's at 2 so like 4 hours.

Tired cause i was at work early this morning

going to watch some dinosaurs on channel 5 catch up telly

I feel numb, have nothing left inside of me. Horrible feeling. Can't get interested in anything. It's a sunny day today, maybe I'll take a walk. I live right on the DE canal.

I just want to disappear

My doctor says I have some viral thing along with a possible b12 defiency. Hes putting me on this steroid for 5 days called predisone which worries me because it can cause severe mental health side effects even just for 5 days. I'm going to talk to my pdoc at my appointment on Thursday before I start it. Today I'm just worn out and I couldnt pull myself out of bed until after 8 and then I just lazed on the couch until it was time to go to my appointment. I didnt eat much but what I ate was healthy.

I am having a lot of anxiety today. I am trying to cope but it is difficult.

I'm doing the best I can, in spite of certain things. When I think long enough about it, I realize I'm most likely going to be ok. It's just not a really good time right now for a lot of us?

Surprisingly fine for having been up since 1am. Still going strong

I am doing well. Started getting a migraine aura this morning but it passed without much of a headache. Weather has been all over the place and is probably why it happened.

I've woken up feeling nauseous and hope I don't get sick since I've taken most of my daily meds .....

Feeling anxious, nervous, and hungry. Going to eat in a bit and see if that settles my stomach!

I was doing really good up until noon. Then I got tired. Now I'm nauseated and my stomach hurts and I have some cold sore on my gums which hurts like hell. I took tylenol a few minutes ago. My mouth feels tingly too and I don't know if its a med reaction or not.

I am feeling much better since my T appointment.

I’m taking the day off work today to recover. Still don’t feel good.

I'm just totally lethargic today. No idea why. I slept fine last night. I've had Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and an iced latte. I went to the grocery store to make my mom happy and they had the soda I wanted. But I just have zero energy. I'm still waiting on my bloodwork. I have a pdoc appointment this afternoon so I can ask him if its safe to start the steroids for my viral infection.

Low ebb. Ate poorly the last couple of days. Very likely accounts for my mood energy and outlook. In part anyway.

Feel like crap. Just broke up with my former T via Text. I really hope things work out with new T.

I don't know. Mornings have been bad last 3 mths and Dr. last mth said he can't help.
