Checking in: how are you?

Let’s hope this week is okay at work. I’m contemplating taking Wednesday off but it will mean my son can’t go to childcare which is right opposite my work. I will see how I go on Monday and Tuesday.

I am hanging in there, off & on.

Overwhelmed and in mental pain

i need physical pain cause that cancels out mental pain each time

I feel your mental pain, dear wonderful willowtigger.

My mom is *****ing at me because I'm eating a lot of Gogurt and she says I'm getting sick because I'm not eating well or enough. Maybe if she and a bunch of other people didn't harp on me nonstop about how fat I was and how much I needed to lose weight when I was 18-20 I wouldn't be in this postiton right now with this restricting ED and weight loss. Idk. Just my thoughts.

A bit better this morning, hopefully the rest of the day will be okay too. Have had deep depression for the past few weeks.

Darkness is back. I wish I could talk with the young me, ask her to be a good girl

Cyclical anxiety. Shrinks my world quite a bit when it's at it's worst. Tiny planet today. Likely for a few.

Depressed and bored. I have one project I can do at work but I am saving it for tomorrow because I don't have anything lined up for projects at work tomorrow and I don't want to fill 8 hours of nothing.

Things didn't go as planned today but I made the best of them. Then I took a 4 hour nap and I woke up feeling better.

Going to the gp this morning. Asthma is so bad. Need to get back on steroid.

Depression is kicking my arse this month

Even though i keep thinking up creative ways of making me be dead so im with my sweetpea Ebony again

Not acting on any of it cause Willow if she ended up back in rescue she would not leave it alive

Asthma a bit better this morning with the new script from the gp. Woke up and could breathe for the first time in 2 weeks

Anxiety wise I was ok for most of the day. I'm having an issue that I may need to go to the ER for. I keep hoping it resolves itself but its been a few days and today was really bad. I'm hoping in the morning I'll be ok.

head really hurts, headache needs to piss off already

Its just one of those days. I slept a ton last night and I got my grocery shopping done this morning without any anxiety. But I just still feel tired and I have to really motivate myself to eat today.

I may have a flue-y thing. Headache, nausea light-headed for past 3 days. Very low level symptoms but today it was enough to keep me pretty inactive. Could be anything I suppose but it's a bit weird.

I mainly just feel crabby I guess. Low energy and some anxiety and gastro stuff. My stomach hurts a bit so I took a zofran. I've had a slight headache all day too but its not a big deal. I just watched TV today. I slept a lot again today but its because I closed my vent so my room isn't hot. I'm also not taking my normal full amount of valium since I'm low. Idk. I'm not worried about any of this
