Is anyone else having problems with getting amazon prime to change a card from one card to another? I added a card to Amazon itself, but it keeps saying Amazon Prime cannot charge the card that's listed on Amazon? I've tried removing all the payment options and putting the card I want Amazon Prime to charge, back on, but it won't accept it for Amazon Prime, yet it will accept it for ordering stuff on Amazon?

You should be able to add whatever cards. Could you call customer service? What a hassle
|

What a pain. I use the same card to pay for Prime as I do for my Amazon purchases, and I've never had any problems with it. But I'm using the .ca site. If memory serves though, I had to enter my payment information separately into Prime, to pay for the membership.
Good luck on getting through to customer service if you do decide to try that

i dont understand why it accepted the card for Amazon itself, but won't accept it for Amazon Prime .........
