Do you think Orbs are spirits??

Do you believe the orbs that appear in photos are spirits??

I have a recent picture of me from when I went to my family reunion in Indiana. I'm sitting in my Grandfathers red corvette, it's night time. The woods are in the background and there are orbs flying all around my nephew and I while were sitting in the car. There's also this foggy looking thing in front of the car.

Here's a small image...I couldn't manipulate it because it was scanned...maybe you can enlarge it yourself, but you can still get an idea with this little one.



Notice the large orb above and behind me, then all the little orbs flying above my nephew and I, looks as though there out of the woods. Then that foggy thing a little about the windsheild of the car...crazy huh.

i believe the air is thick with spirits... seen and unseen... at all times

I believe my nephew (the little guy sitting in the passenger seat) is a very very special little boy and has guardians protecting him.

I think it definetly COULD be spirits, in some instances.

The thing about outside is any specks of dust in the air or moisture can come across as orb looking too.

Try taking some pics around three am in the morning when you are sitting around inside the house, see if anything pops up. Or hook up a camera to roll during the night. They say three am is "dead time" or when the spirits are most active.

My house is lame though...no activity in here, just boring. But my Grandfathers house and my friends house are active. My Grandfather built his new home on land that had once had been his sisters. His sister was an older woman and accidentally caught fire to her house and she passed away while she was sleeping in the fire. The story about that land is actually very interesting.

My friend just bought a home with her new husband...a 200 year old country house in Pax...a beautiful home. It's so old, it has to have some good history. She's mentioned some weird events, like open cabinet doors, noises, and temperature drops.

Deep down though, I always fear that if I "play" with anything paranormal I will find something I don't want to see. But if somebody else does it I'm all for it..haha

Orbs oh yes definetly i beleive they exist. Angels, and spirits.

many times I have had Guardian Angels or spirits look-

ing after mee. I've been in situations that could of been far

worse, like 3 near death experiences I have been watched over. In

the 1980's I was a DJ for a Large dance establishment here in

Massachusetts, I'm not proud of of it but some nights I don't

even remember how i got home? Unfortunately thats why i had to

leave the entertainment business, just so much celebrating and

partying going on.But I feel We are surrounded by Earth bound

enrgies no doubt. Negative and positive forces exist. I have

learned alot about how to avoid the negative energies and re-

ceive and use positive energy flow. Although ive never had a pic-

ture like that before.

I think orbs are reflections of light. However, I do believe "spirits" are Light so. . . but I don't know that they show up in photographs or can be "caught" by paranormal researchers, etc. I think that's hokey.

I think we are all individually protected not necessarily by a force outside of us but by a force with in us, it works hand in hand with instinct.

I've actually had this photo for a little while and never noticed till I picked it out to get scanned at my neighbors house. I'm not sure if orbs are something spiritual or some camera defect...but what gets me is the foggy thing in front of the car...not sure what that is. I wish I could change the format and size of the photo. When I tried it made it very blurry...does anybody know how to do this??

I think it's common knowledge that spirits will come through as orbs in a photograph. At least, that's what investigators of the paranormal will tell you. Yet, it's so in the realm of possibility that a camera will catch dust and it will show up as an orb.

I'm with you. I like stuff like this, but you also leave yourself open to evil spirits if you ignorantly go into the subject. I believe in evil spirits, too, so I don't want to get involved too deeply. I've heard parapsychologist say that they have to pray or whatever it is they do, to protect themselves from them.

Contrary to what you like, I don't like ANY activity in MY house! I've had it, though. Usually child/immature spirits, thank God! My husband was also aware of them at the same time I was, so I know I wasn't dreaming or hallucinating!

When I was a child, a whole carful of us saw my dad's spirit at the same time. When the evil grandmother died, my oldest son saw her sitting where she usually sat in my front room. He was three at the time. I definitely felt the cold spot! I made her leave, but she will still haunt me from time to time. (shivers!!!!) Hubby says maybe she's looking for forgiveness. Maybe... but not in THIS lifetime!! eewwwwwww!

Because i always feel to tell the truth my son has seen them, Has talked about them......Has discribed them just as everyone else does who sees them. I believe him

I believe it, I have a photo of myself from some years ago. I'm sat on the knee of a statue of Macbeth (Shakespeare character) when I went to Stratford-uponAvon (or wherever he's from.) Anyway... I'm sat on his knee with my hand on top of the skull he's holding in his hand. There is an orb above my hand, weirdest part is it looks like it has a little face with a mustache.
I'll find the photo.
And I can promise it isn't edited.

No. I don't believe in spirits, so I surely don't think the orbs are spirits.
I'd imagine there is an explanation to do with optical laws... Reflectances and the like.

I think young people, especially children, are better "receptors" to such things. As we age, I think the connection decreases.
As for orbs, I don't know.

There are angels, too, that are orbs. Don't quote me for sure, but it's either the cherubim or the seraphim. ...or both!

Sylvia Brown believes all orbs are angels. I have no idea

I do beleive some orbs are spirits. And I also beleive that some are just a dust particle.

I can't remember if it was my sisters Polariod digital camera or my DVS digital camera....either way, they are both digital and odviously aren't the best with flas and dark lighting.

I've got a pic that scared the pee water out of me! I'll have to dig it up. WEIRD!!!

That makes two pics I have to dig up. LOL

I have trouble with a simple mechanical devise taking pictures of things I can't see (it can) or the opposite, me seeing things that somehow can't/don't show up on film. Which is it? And seeing orbs in a room (and then taking the picture of them) why are they always asked to come toward the camera instead of us? If they're spirits, why aren't they Tinkerbellish and come and land on our outstretched palms or something, show us for sure they understand instead of, hey light/reflection, come close to this picture so I can make you be whatever I want you to be.
