Why or why not? If you have read through your old posts, did you learn or notice anything from it?

I just read through my old posts. I noticed that my relationship with the family members I live with has improved in relation to the fact I’m working consistently more hours now and home much less often than I was.

I noticed I’m making more posts about being tired and stressed from work though. I prefer that to being upset by my family members, however. And my work stress now is pretty low key compared to what it was at my last office.

How about you?
Thanks for this!

I haven't been here long enough to look back through posts but I think this forum can teach us a lot about ourselves if we choose to participate with mindfulness (personal choice, obviously).

I'd love to see a breakdown of my most often used words!

I read some of my old posts. And I wish I could go back more than 10 thousand posts but the site doesn't let you. Theres a lot of stuff I want to look back on thats basically lost unless I try to dig up old threads.

I also appreciate being able to look back on old posts.

I haven't made 10,000 yet - so I can still see most of what I wrote.

Yes I’ve looked back over old threads I made too and I can see a shift in my thoughts even though my circumstances haven’t changed.

Now that I have healed (thanks to therapy & moving 2100 miles away) it is interesting to look back & see how far I have come in all these years. It is also a good source to go back to for details I might have forgotten about when my mind wonders about something that happened. I never journaled except on here

I very rarely read through my old posts. It’s too stressful. A lot has changed and a lot has been lost in my almost 10 years here. I’ve gained a lot though, like my partner and 4 year old son!

Ha, yes. I'm a disgrace to the human race, but through journaling, therapy, and my posts I have insight into that (but when i'm good I'm good)
