Took a walk in the woods today. I live on DE-Chesapeake Canal and there are lots of birds around here and deer, racoons, skunks. Cranes, geese, hawks, buzzards, eagles, cardinals, bluebirds, etc.
Then napped all afternoon and it was horrible. I don't want to wake up when I sleep. Prozac destroyed my sleep 2 years ago. Then sold some more stuff on eBay.

I'm kinda just treating this time as another covid. Yeah I'm freaked out and nervous and feeling uncertain. But I'm just watching reality TV and not the news. At least this time I can leave my house.

I'm relieved. I just renewed my drivers' license this morning. It always stresses me out because they do these weird tests to see your reflexes and eye-hand coordination. I always feel like I will fail.
I'm not from this country and have an unusual name. I never come across people from my home country in my little town here. So, the doctor was very interested in chatting with me about where I was from and the origin of my name. He passed me. I'm never sure if I pass because I really passed or because I'm "exotic". At least I won't have to deal with that for another six years. |

Falling apart a bit today. My mom called me a conundrum or something. Since the shyt I'm going through isnt supposed to happen to a guy my age.

I'm wearing my old glasses today. They aren't 100% great but they seem to calm things enough that I'm not in a physical or mental panic from migraines and stomach stuff.

I'm wearing my glasses again. So things are pretty much ok. Things were a bit rough earlier when I didn't have them on but I took some anti nausea meds and now I feel fine. I am washing my blankets because of all the rice cakes I've been sleep eating. Theres worse things to be sleep eating.

I'm just a little bit cranky today. My blood pressure has been pretty high all day, and I keep rubbing my eyes because they feel sunburned. I read some stuff and I know what I need to do to lower everything.

I am crying quite a lot despite not being on my period
Trying to control my behaviours as an adult, owning almost nothing after almost 8 years of hell I am really struggling to find a job and my younger self would have never imagine ending up in this hell and family hell Nobody can help me, placing services can't help a person of my age

I'm sleeping a lot. I did cut out a lot of caffeine so it could be caffeine withdrawel. I was depressed but I'm feeling a better now.
