LOL
how many times have you guys gotten a fortune cookie that said one thing and then the complete ooposite happened? mine says : "you will maintain good health and enjoy life" well A. I'm pretty sick right now in the health department and 2. its hard to enjoy life ATM so yeah i found it pretty funny and wanted to share |

The Fortune Cookie is a crisp cookie made from flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk which is baked around a fortune, a piece of paper with words of faux wisdom or vague prophecy. Throughout the western world, it is usually served with Chinese food in Chinese-American restaurants as a dessert. The message inside may also include a list of lucky numbers (used by some as lottery numbers) and a Chinese phrase with translation. Fortune cookies in their current form were first served in California by immigrants who based the cookie on a traditional Japanese cracker. screw the fortune cookies.
tell ourselves the really really good things we need to hear, the events that we want to happen for ourselves, what our needs are, our goals, and put it out there...believe in ourselves and act on this confidence, even if it's an ''act as if'' in the beginning...and i recently learned we need to tell our bodies cells to heal us...even if it takes a million times...we are worth it. our energy is all we have to spend on ourselves internally. so let's all try new things to get better. i'm starting with love - a good energy - for all of me, not just certain parts. and hope...translated as determined...to be well this year. aw hell, i'm claiming this who;e year as my own personal wellness time to spend in a physical, mental and emotional well-being search for solutions as never before. i have everything to gain and nothing but this damn depression to lose! it's a win-win for me...how about you?

Lately I am dissapointed in my fortune cookies. Sometimes I just stare at it and say "huuuuuuuuuuh"? They used to get me all excited but yea these days Ive gotten duds.

i opened all the fortune cookies we got just to take the fortunes out and 3 of the 5 were the same fortune wored differently... wtf mate!

Once, we had a party after-school, where we made cookies from around the world, one of the kids who goes to our school is Chinese, so he brought in home-made fortune cookies (which, by the way were really good, it's like sugar cookie dough instead of that watery-cardboard cookies you get in resturants)
