Wow..it is over..officaly over. Today was my last day of high school ever. It's so sad..I am so close to all my teachers and class mates and now it's over. I know I should be happy I'm beginning a new chapter in my life but I know I will never see some of my friends again and it's sad. I love my school..it's small and everyone is so close..it's like leaving part of my family behind. I'm sad and happy at the same time. Did any of you guys feel like this when you left school? I have yet to cry but that is coming friday when we have our graduation cermony. I almost did at senior breakfast today..I think I may cry right now!

It's hard to keep those emotions in control. My daughter completed her first year of college this year. The weekend before finals, I went and packed everything up that she wouldn't need so all she had to do was throw a few clothes in a bag and grab her TV (apparently couldn't live without that for 4 days). She promised to call before she left, when she did she was just sobbing. She'd grown very close to her college "family" and was really sad to leave.

As we end one experience of our lives, it's sad to see it end. Nothing will ever be the same again, it'll be better! I've been out of high school 20 odd years, and that graduation song by Vitamin C still makes me cry, brings me right back.

I officaly cried. I was walking to my car after paying my lunch dues and I just started crying. I guess what got to me was going around and hugging all of my teachers and giving my English teacher the book I bought him and I just started bawling. I am happy to begin a whole chapter in my life..it's just hard to walk away from something that has been the focus of you life for 13 years!!
