To all those who have responded to my post. Thank you. I have done what all have said not to do. I insisted my sister come to my daughters birthday party. I just think having fun around family and seeing the value of life will help her now. I might be wrong. I just want her to know people are here for her and that family might not ever show up on time but they are always there when you ask them. I have done the best I can for people around me. Good advise or bad advise I always took the time to hear others and take concern for them. She knows I care but honestly the only time my sister comes around is when she is getting something from me of value. I hate that about her but never shun her for her actions. I thank all of you for your time and opinions I will take all your advise and try to be a good sister to her. I will tip toe around the issue's sometimes I'm a little to blunt. Again thanks to all...Peace to you and yours.

Sounds to me like the B-Day party is an excellent idea. Having a smile or 2 wouldn't hurt your sis. You seem to have a good grip on what you think is the right thing to do and I have to say that it sounds perfect. Take care. You're in my prayers.
