My way of dealing with things is withdrawal and/or isolation.

I'm struggling right now with something T said that feels like she's pushing me away, doesn't want me. I was going to quit. Why go where I'm not welcome, beat her to the rejection, etc.

Sister said Don't quit. Isn't this exactly what you are in therapy for?

Thank you sister sister

...
...but I still hate T.

Hey Echoes,

YOU ARE WELCOME! I figure since you guys didn't let me quit I couldn't let you quit...

Now, let's talk turkey (and I'm not talking Thanksgiving...)

You CAN hate her now. But what you need to do is throw a virtual something at her.
Just let that fantasy loose. Unleash it and see what happens. Could it be a fan? A tomato? How about a milkshake? What about Soliaree's army? Now we're talking!

Peace

Thank you sister Thank you sister Thank you sister Thank you sister

LOL Perna,

Yeah I'll join in the fun and throw some leftover stuffing at T! But it will have to wait until I'm mad at him again, which probably will be next week. LOL

Thank you sister

Hi e-daughter

Yes throwing food could be fun, don't you think?

Hey PInk,

Yes, I can imagine you throwing shellfish! Mussels, clams, shrimp, the works!

Thank you sister

Don't they have hopping crabs or something? Or, maybe you could train the crustaceans to throw themselves? Then you wouldn't have to get messy.

Hey, Echoes! How you doing now?
