Mum passed away today, peacefully at hospice. I am numb, but hope she finds more peace in the next life than in this one.

Kindergirl,

Your kindness was there when You had your visit.
Your kindness was there as You took your mums calls.

The gentle people at hospice , continued that kindness.

Now maybe be kind to Yourself Kindergirl.
Deepest sympathies.

That is a very kind sentiment you offer.

I wish you much peace in this one.

You have got through this part now. Rest well.

You are in my thoughts

I'm so sorry. ((((hug)))) My mom has been gone not quite a year now... mother's day coming up will be difficult for both of us. One foot in front of the other is all you have to do for now ... just get through the day, each day. May your grieving not feel as though it will destroy you.

I'm sorry your sad and anxious about mothers day. So am I and its 4 years now since my mom died. It hasn't gotten easier unfortunately. If you can't handle it, just get some movies to watch since TV will be all about Mothers day or hang out with family if you can. I don't know where your at. I didn't want anything to do with the day, I didn't want to see cards, commercials, wouldn't wish or send anyone else a card. I spent the day the last 4 years doing everyday stuff and waiting for it to be over. I don't wish that on you. This is something I have to work through. Its new to you. You may want to get a book on grief to help you through this. Sorry, and Good Luck, and God Bless You.

Please accept my condolences. There are no words to say to comfort one at this time it is such a shock no matter the circumstances. Please know your in my thoughts and prayers and I pray that God will give you the strength to get through this, to do the things you need to do and lean on those that are there for you. Yes she is definetely in a better please, that is one good thing that we know (my mom passed 4 years ago). I always tell myself shes happy, shes with her mom and others, and shes smiling down. Your mom is too.
