I know I can't.
She died ten years ago.
You'd think I would have got over it - and some of the time I have.
But just now, when I am remembering lots of things, I want her back.
She was the person who was there for me, who saw good in me when it felt like nobody else did. I need her to remind me I am not all bad.
I want her back.

(((Caroline))) I think we'll miss those that were close to us for a lifetime. I don't think people ever get over losing someone that's close. But you can remember all she did for you, and how much you loved her! Thinking of you!

Caroline,

I bet if you close your eyes and concentrate,
you can hear your grandma's voice whispering
to you, saying what a good person you really are.

I want my grandma back

((((((((((((Caroline)))))))))))))))))
I know how you are feeling. I lost my grandma almost five years ago...really seven because the last two years of her life she was in the last phase of alzhiemers (sp?) disease and she wasn't the same person I knew growing up. I understand wanting her back...I want my grandma back to...It makes me mad to think she won't be there for certain events in my life but then I have to remember all the good times we had together and be thankful for the time I did get to spend with her...They say time will heal...it may heal in some ways but never completely. We will always remember and miss those that we loved dearly...so hang in there I know its tough...here's another hug just for you ((((((Caroline)))))).....thinking of you......

Thank you jen

I'm reprocessing lots of hard stuff right now and I guess that is why I miss her so much.
You're right; I need to focus on the good stuff she did for me. But that is scary too - can't win, can i!
Thanks again
