Thanks, all.
There were crew members I think the total death toll was 256, I'm sorry I overlooked them in the post. My brother Jack was 23, and an officer in the med. corps. engaged and planning to work in Emergency services as soon as his hitch was up. He was the one of us four brothers who I had the most hope for.  I've always been more outraged at the cover up than the pain of my loss, if that makes any sense. I suspect that there was an Iran-Contra connection that the CIA thought it had to hush so Reagan/conspirators could be reelected. Thanks again all of you. ~Down |

Sounds like Jack had everything to live for, and everything ahead of him. This is very tragic. Never thought about an Iran/Contra connection. I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my only brother and sibling, a Harvard and Cornell graduate, when he was 38. It will be 32 years in Jan. This time of years is always tough for me. What time of year did the plane on which your brother died go down. Hugs, Jane |
