I wish I could see and be reasonable

I lost my girls a few days ago and my heart is broken. They were two of the sweetest little doggies. They were the best of friends to me and to each other for many years. I feel a sense of peace knowing they went so peacefully and they went together. But my heart aches to hold and hug them. I carried them around like little baby dolls and I feel lost without them. I never want to forget them but the pain of missing them is almost more than I can bear.

my care support worker seemed to think you were alive today, and asked me if you'd help me with something.

I wasn't rude to her or anything, I just told her that it was nice to talk to her and we would speak next week.

I really wish people would let your memory rest in peace though. it's not polite (or very professional) to ask about the dead, knowing full well they are all ready gone

still: we all make mistakes sometimes, right?. it is a difficult one
