Tonight my aunt died in a car crash. I can't handle all this death and dying. My mom just died a few months ago and now this. I am so depressed, as anyone would be. I don't see why all this is happening to my family! I am so angry with my higher power right now. Why would they take away from me two wonderful people? I don't understand it. My mom was 48 and my aunt was 38! That's way too young to die. They say it comes in 3s. Who's next?

I can't handle this. I don't have the strength. Not now, not yet.

Oh my, I am so sorry for the sudden loss of your Aunt. You must be in shock. Numb to some extent. It is too hard to imagine why this is happening for there is no reason, just try to take it minute by minute. I wish you peace and comfort.

I am so sorry for your loss, especially comeing so soon after your mom's death. Please take care of yourself during this period of grieving and depression. Let yourself cry and grieve.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort soon, it is very difficult to lose people in a short amount of time, especially. It just compounds everything. But you can get through this. You really can. you are strong and I wish you peace within your heart and mind.

Take Care of yourself,
Kimberly.
