This is a good article on the subject. Not at all what I want to hear, the fact that a headache can be caused by our pain meds if we use them more than 2 - 3 times a week. Arrgh. But, information is power.

"Much has been learned about Medication Overuse Headache, aka rebound headache, in the last few years. Unfortunately, it seems that any medication we take for headache or Migraine relief has the potential to cause MOH if used more than two or three days a week. "
