My doc just confirmed today that I have chronic fatigue (have had since I was 17) that has been "retriggered" by stress.
I feel like I am back at ground zero, living with parents somewhere I don't want to be. I am very lonely, now worried about how I am going to dig out of the depression, anxiety, illness, and live alone. I feel very freaked out, overwhelmed, scared, every possible emotion in the book. I don't know how I am going to take care of myself.

Hi Yack,
Get Dr. to do thyroid function tests. They told me your dx too, but they were wrong. ![]()

(((((Iyack)))) Well, you don't have to do any of that today... therapy will help with dealing with stress, and maybe can limit your flares or their frequency... also, Chronic Fatigue, though considered "chronic" has been known to clear... I wish this for you
