Lately I have been having alot of headaches and dizziness. Its not med-related. I do have bulimia, but its not immediately after i purge. Its just random, usually in the afternoons. And its almost every day now.

esthersvirtue,

Headaches can be due to a number of things- stress, tension, not enough sugar in the blood stream, ear-infections and virus's to name but a few.

I get a lot of headaches, that are due to stress and tension. Relaxation helps plus pain-killers.

It's worth getting yourself checked out by a doctor to make sure it's nothing really serious.

Take care.
