I've been having migranes for 13 days. Do you know of a lens color that is good to help with monitor and TV glare?

Thanks!

Jan

I'm thinking it's amber, but I'm not 100% sure.

When I had mine, they were slightly tinted with a forest green color. It helped. but it was only a slight tint - I think they can tint them with just about any color and then use a special coating on them which helps too!

I looked it up yesterday. It said it's sepia tone, which is a brownish-orange color.

I'd go to a dollar store and pick up a pair of cheap brown-lensed sunglasses just to test it out first.

how about trying normal sun glasses.

I used to wear tinted glass eyeglasses fopr normal wear . the result was that my pupils basically stopped dialated and undialated correctly. It took years of wearing eye patches and eyedrops to correct the problem.

Any glasses with polarizing lens will help. You can also get glasses with anti glare coatings. There are also full screen "lens" to place over the computer monitor screen that cut glare. Hope you find something that helps! TC
