I am sending the POINTS & INFO needed to the ppl that let me know that they are doing the program with ME on Monday.... AND - for all people doing the program, I am scanning some of the INFO from my "get started book " that will help you out even more.... you will need Adobe (or) Word to open the file (and) I will need an email address. Good Luck.... ![]() WE only weigh our self 1 x a week and on the same day and at the same time..... I personally like first thing in the morning after I have gone potty (for urine can add up to 1 lb). Plus I have a scale that keeps track of your present weight and lets you know how many pounds you loose or gain each time you weigh your self..... plus a whole lot more..... it is called: HealthOmeter. Great idea, I do not do it and am not very overweight maybe 5 or 6 pounds overweight but nothing too bad. I like to do something while I exercise pretty soon you will say hey I burned 345 Cal.s? It feels like I only lost 56 cal.s because you will be so busy and having fun. Like before all the leaves are gone make some old fashion fun with iron and wax paper or make a scrapbook! Walk aroun to gather the leaves.

Oh thanks Bethsway that was sweet of you! But you know this is not too important but I just noticed and felt like mentioning! We both signed up on the same day a couple hours apart, and now you are a Grand member about 100 posts ahead of me and I am a veteran member. Neat! Congrads!

i think this is still it.......well its monday and i'm ready to start.......weighed myself and am already planning my food intake for the day....good luck everyone!!!!!!!!

OK - LADIES..... here WE go - the Beginning to a NEW US -
REMINDERS: 1.) Weigh your self at the beginning (today) and every MONDAY at the same time of the day. 2.) .) Drink at least 6 cups Water 3.) Get in 2 cups Milk daily (cheese, yogurt, etc) 4.) Eat 5 cups Fruits & Vegetables daily (serving size is the size of your clenched fist) 5.) Vegetables are FREE Points!! (carrots & corn are a carb, therefore 1 pt per cup) 6.) Stay with in POINT RANGE and STOP EATING when all Points are gone. ![]() 7.) Exercise will give you extra points - 30 minutes of walking 1 point. ![]() 8.) IT is best to strive to stay at the middle of your pts for eating... but you can use all pts. 9.) Please do not hesitate to PM me or E-mail me thru out the day with any questions. 10.) Thanks that was helpful, I like to do the treadmill, I do not know about you people but it is really fun to me! Doing curl ups is another one. My all time Favorite Bicycle! Do you people have a favorite exercise or exercise tool?

I would like to join you guys but I found when I was on weight watchers I was too focused on food. Now I just am trying to keep out the bad fats and increase fruit and vegis. But I am glad to cheer you all on. Good Luck Everybody.

Checking in to see how the first day went with everyone...... my day was a little bit of a struggle for I was really hungry come late night and I had to fight the urge to not eat any more.
Plus I will have to wean myself off the Pepsi and try to go back to just having one mini Pepsi can a day - like I use to do.... ![]() LoVe, Rhapsody - ![]() |

Hey Rhapsody, I done real good yesterday and today, I still have dinner to go, which is Rice with mixed veggies, and a piece of chicken, for dessert I'm havin an baked apple stuffed with raisins.
