Hi Rhapsody
I have already joined a weight watcher's club. I've been with them since January. I lost 13 pounds but unfortunately during the summer holidays I gained 5 pounds which had completely got me off track. Finally I ended up putting the total weight I had lost back on because of my eating disorder. I just don't have the motivation and I don't seem to be getting it during the weight watcher's meeting. I'd like to join your group though. I think it's my last chance to get the weight back off. I'm 158 pounds and I'd like to get down to 136 pounds. I just need to stop snacking out of bordom. Love Domino

Well folks, I checked what my weight was 9-1 and then 10-2 and I kept 4lbs off

sorry sky..not a secret club at all...I have lost 6 lbs so far...I think...at least this morning it was...lol..might have gained one back today....lol...Monday morning is the official weigh in day....If I can stay at six lbs. this weekend I will be happy...the weekend for me is the hardest because I am home all day....oh yeah and I have Monday off...hurray for Columbus...wooooooooohoooooooooo!!

Hi everyone,
I"m dreading tomorrow's weighing as I ate quite a lot this weekend. We had a party lastnight, we were 25 all together, we ate and drunk quite a bit and as there was was alot of left-overs people came round again today, where we continued eating again. We were reasonable with the drink though. Two glasses of wines for me that's all. When it's not binging it's weekends like this that are dangerous for me and my weight. I hope everyone else is doing well.

AWESOME!!!! - on the weight loss............... 4 pounds and going for YOU - w00t w00t.
My scale said that I gained .6 lbs this past week, but I am on my monthly and one usually will not show any loss during this time due to the fluids ones body holds.... but next week should be GREAT!! LoVe, Rhapsody - ![]() How about rest of the ladies..... I am still waiting to hear from you all today. |

Well I gained 2 pounds during the weekend. I'll try to be good this week. Or should I be positive and say I WILL BE GOOD!!

<font color="purple">I will pots my weigh in later as my scale is at my mom's.... hopefully this week is better than last as last week i gained instead of lost, but this week I was more active which seems to be the biggest hinderance in my weight flucuations anyway.... I am generally a healthy eater anyways... so we will see.... Congrats to all those that have success so far!! </font>

AND - were the POINTS meet thru Healthy Foods? And please keep in mind that you monthly cycle will not show a loss but rather an increase due to body fluids, but then the next week after it ends it usually is GREAT!!! LoVe, Rhapsody - ![]() |

thank you for the encouragement and glad to know it is a day by day thing!!! I was back on track yesterday..made some homemade vegetable soup...can eat as much as I want!!It has carrots, onions, yellow squash and zuchini...a can of tomatoes crushed and two cans of chicken broth....ummmmm just what the doctor ordered!!! Real good!! I sprayed my pan with oil and then sauteed the onions and carrots (chopped up) and then added all the rest of the ingredients and simmered for about an hour..yummy!!!!

Poor week. High pain, lower food intake... plus inflamation from the vertebraes chewing into me...and the muscle spasms through out body. I "gained" back those 4 pounds and more (didn't check, won't move weight to see above 200 !
