I am 24 years old. i am looking fat 68kg. my thighs and legs looking so fat.. but above the hip looks thin. i am not happy with my Br**st size. please suggest me how to reduce my weight and also how to increase B**st size.

How tall are you? I would start by going on daily walks, about 20-30 min, it's free, and it makes you feel good overall. I look at "real" people outside and not magazines / tv that make me feel bad about my body image.

How is your diet? Do you cook for yourself? I would start by recording what I eat everyday for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. and carry a water bottle with me wherever I go.

My height is 5.4 to 5.6 ft,in.. If Going daily walk will makes me feel satisfy about my Br**st???i don't think so.. Please suggest me to improve my size. of B**st..

I am doing job so i cant able to strict in diet. But morning i do some exerstice to reduce my belly and also to improve my Br**st..
Cooking part is handed to my mum. suggest me some diet list also

As you start to tone down, through diet and exercise, you may find your b****t size appears bigger, proportionally. I'm not sure, there are natural ways to increase that, aside from pregnancy and them swelling through all of that.

If you haven't tried it, you won't know. Walking = first step in losing weight, AND feeling good about yourself. You start losing weight overall, depending on your body shape (women have different body shapes, you can't control which to make bigger or smaller except surgery) What exercises do you do? FOr how long? How much do you work? Lookup a dietician or even online for healthy food choices. What does your mother cook? Try decreasing the portions.

Your chest is made of muscle, glands, and fat. Making it bigger is not possible except surgery, hormones, and other unnatural ways
