we try to eat well but breakfast is ok, a nice bowl of cerial and toast fresh orange juice and pot of tea, then when children are at school we sometimes have sandwiches i try to eat something with salad, in the evenings we can have takeaways, or go to the supermarket but the food there is normally dried up because its the end of the day,
sundays we have a roast for lunch then sandwiches for tea a lot better, i dont drink enough fluids i have cut out as much coke cola as possible,

Yes, drinking water is very important for health and weight loss both.

Do you do any form of movement/exercise? Walking or anything like that? I have a set of 3 pound weights from the pharmacy/chemist up the street and "play" with them while I'm watching TV (I have flabby/weak arms) and I'm trying to work on using my stairs and going up and down often for exercise. Movement can help your digestion.

I'd maybe try to replace the take away some with fresh salads and maybe tinned fish or baked poultry?

my problem is not my diet but how we are living at the moment we are staying in a bed and breakfast, we have nowhere to prepare meals, so to make sure my children eat a hot meal at least once a day im having to take them for takeaways or cafes in supermarkets, costing us at least £12.00 a day, youngest isnt staying with us but she likes to join us for meals

Their school doesn't serve a hot meal? I'd let them do takeaways but I'd get fruit and veggies for myself, rice dishes, etc. that probably wouldn't hurt my tummy? That's hard, Katheryn. Maybe you can make a game of it, who can make the most nutritious meal (or suggest the most nutritious meal for you?) Hope you think of a plan that will help you. It's true it's possible for you to get gall stones again but maybe not as likely as you're worried about? I would rather worry about gall stones than your hard situation, maybe that's what you're doing?

Are there no facilities at the B&B for you to heat some vegetable soup or steam some veges? Any chance of asking about this?

I am so sorry to hear of your situation :/

Best of luck...
