Anyone here has been able to reverse the symptoms of fibromyalgia? It's been a few months since onset of symptoms and I'm so despondent. I've lost hope of ever regaining my former level of functioning.

Yes, I know what to do, but it's not easy. You have to change your eating habits. It's basically a high protein diet. You eat so sugar or carbs. The book is by Carol Sinclair and is called "The IBS Diet". It works. It's really hard to follow, but it works.

I fell off the bandwagon and believe me, I can tell the difference.

I'm doing the blood-type diet. Lots of proteins. I do feel I gained a few ounces of energy. But the pain when I move my arms or legs....it hurts so damn bad....how much time does it take to see results? I want to be able to reach for the top cupboard without having pain in my arm.
