What's advice to get rid of a stupid tummy ache?

I had it for a few weeks, just annoying more than anything, on right hand side, sometimes i would notice more than others and curling up a bit helps. Then it went away, and now it is sort of back.

It isn't bad enough to go to dr but it is just kinda annoying Grrrrr tummy :(

Any hints would be cool ...

is it more towards the upper right side? could be a gall bladder issue. does it happen more when you have eaten something spicey or even a little greasy?

I agree with bebop that it could be a problem with the gall bladder such as gall stones. This can turn into a serious problem affecting the pancreas or liver if not treated. There's probably a million causes for abdominal pain, so it's best to get it checked out by a doctor.

I had pain in this area when I had gallstones. - this was like a more tied into when I ate - dull ache, tummy upset, eventually as time went on severe sharp pain...... also at 19, I had a very large cyst on my ovary - this felt like a very dull ache that wouldn't go away. Heat helped the ache.

icky yucky ... yea i am getting the dull but not stabbing and sharp.

i am ok with food mostly, that comes and goes.

sometimes i think it might be psychosomatic - feeling crappy in terms of my mind, so its kinda manifesting like that as well?

that is why i not rushing to dr ... as well as my avoidance strategy ...

thank you for thoughts.
