I am really constipated. I figured it would happen. I've had 6 pieces of chocolate Ex Lax in the last couple hours and 2 bottles of water and nothing is happening. I'm just a bit dizzy.

How long until they work?

I don't know. Miralax is considered completely safe, that I know.

Long-term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued:
