I am dizzy again. I think this time its due to the medication I am on and not something health related.
I try to stand up slowly and walk slowly so I don't fall over. I am taking Meclizine for the dizziness but other than that I don't know what to do to get it to stop. Any advice would be appreciated. Jbug

Make sure you are eating right/well and are fully hydrated (have drunk enough water). I hate being dizzy, especially from meds, so sorry you're having more difficulties, Jbug.

I get dizzy spells but I don't know why. It would be much better if I could blame meds for it. Drs don't seem to pay much attention to it.
