i have been suffering a lot of pain on one side of my body when i wake, up i know i am over weight and thought it was this but last couple of nights i have been taking a couple diclofennac which has been helping so of to docs today he sugests i might have some sciatica, but we will se how the diclofennac he prescribed me helps, i have to go bk for a review of over meds around 12th april

Eat three or four stalks of fresh celery as your snack in the evening...

Try this for a week and let us know if you feel some relief...

Celery is miraculous for treating certain types of chemically induced pain...

IMHO.

sorry lenny cant try celery cant stand the smell since i started a new school when i waseight thats all i could smell in the classroom come canteen

Okay,,,sorry about that...how bout cherries?

Get unsweetened black cherry juice and drinkg 8 oz. glass twice a day...

One of the most profound natural anti inflamatories..

katheryn, have you tried high-strength glucosamine sulphate tablets...they're supposed to help but i can't say personally.

i took the course of meds and some more that i had still no better so of i go bk to doc, i went for an interview on friday then walked about a mile and i was in serious pain, but by the time i got home and bk out of car pain had eased today i have pains in joints (knee and ankle) both legs

i feel useless as i cant walk far before pain sets in and that was the only exercise i was doing untill i went swimming this week
i know they will tell me i am over weight
