Fellow men, have you experienced something in life that was deeply humiliating and destroyed your sense of manhood? After some things that happened in my life i feel shame to call myself a man anymore.

Mefisto I am sorry you have felt deeply hurt. Whatever happened to you cannot destroy your manhood because being a man is not dependent on how you perform in life. What does get crushed many times for me is the expectations others have about what I should do or believe. Being a man involves going against other's expectations and living out from our inner strength.
Maybe if you offer more of what is bothering you without giving names and places, then others could offer words of empathy and compassion.

It's easy to be made to feel less of a man, or not a man, and very difficult to lose that feeling. One things that gets lost in defining what makes a man a man, is that it's nothing more than having an X and Y chromosome. No amount of humiliation can change that.
A good therapist can help you out a lot with feelings of inadequacy, well at least it has helped me a lot.
