I think the whole 'supply' thing, while helpful to non's and to people hurt by NPD's...completely trivializes what's really going on. To understand that....one needs objectivity. And that is a resource difficult to manage, around the NPD. I'm closer to it, snarkyness aside. I appreciate this forum for what it is...and I admit to lurking occasionally. I also appreciate the NPD's who bother to post...even as it annoys them, sometimes, to do so.

Come on you know it's true. As much as you dislike your ex you know that at times you were on cloud 9. We give these things however short lived that you do know cannot compare to others!!! Just wow...I definitely see the disorder and have heard many criticisms of narcs, yet I feel compassion bcuz I guess of my own disorder and how people judge me because they don't get it. I'm envious...how can I feel like you?

As far as masks go and being real, I'm confused what is real and what is not so I don't know if I'm ever being real. smh.

You know what, you're probably right ... to an extent. It's rather like a puzzle...figuring out things that happened, why they happened...I hate the 'onion' analogy but it was kinda true, when I started looking back. He'd have hated it, the investigation part of it would have made him squirm and rant that he was 'not a guinea pig' as he'd accused others of treating him...but I had to do it, because I had to understand as much as I possibly could, for my sake but also for his. It took away the hate and even the resentment. There is no point to either.

There is another poster who used to post here as well and that one seemed unable to grasp an answer blunt as it was...used to frustrate me as well. I know I won't fully get it...but I'm as close as I'm likely to be. And yes....knowing a 'couple of 'N's' think I'm acceptable....yeah, I was jazzed. Have to admit.

Which is the reason for the 'hahaha quit it' comment. lol

Not probably... Definitely!!! I know it can be hard to admit it but once you open up you will feel better. We are screwed up people but have gifts that are unlike any other. Waiting4 don't worry I have many fans I am used to it hahahaha

Well I don't know if I want to be everything about you...for instance, I'm high on my looks..so I don't need yours...I guess I have an unexplainable emotional draw.
