i carry round disinfectent gel every were i go which i use every 30 mins on the dot, because i am scared of germs. i repeat serten rituals like at school wen i open my pencil case i open it close it then open it half way close it again and open before i get anything out. i re-read and re-write stuff at school. i have throughts of things that could go wrong at the presice moment that last up to 3 hours. every night before i fall asleep i drink 10mls of water from a seringe. and i always have to be holeding something and chewing somthing.

Sounds like you could have OCD. Perhaps you should see a professional to give you a proper diagnosis. I wish you the best of luck.

Yep ... sounds like classic OCD symptoms to me.
Been there and done the same things myself (except the water in the syringe and the holding / chewing ritual). Almost like the Purell germ stuff is always nearby for me. I open doors with my elbows or sleeves, NEVER use public toilets, and prefer not to shake hands with people (unless I have said germ gel with me). Forget about ever using a public access computer (such as in a library). I've worn surgical gloves to use one once. ![]()
