I've been feeling good, I've been ok, life has been treating me pretty well and I should have known that would change eventually. I was stupid to think I could go on being happy and secure. Life just doesn't work that way.

My ex husband is threatening court action to stop support payments.

That would be great Jo. Could you fly over to Europe and drop him in a river somewhere?
It isn't MY fault he quit a really good government job to go and screw some dutch chick and get her pregnant. I didn't make those decisions, HE did. Now he is trying to make ME pay for his stupid decisions.

If he manages to get a court to side with him, it means no more school. No more school means I have to go back to the crappy world I was in before just to survive and the world I was in before was a dark, depressed, no hope world.
I can't stop crying.

Tina,
Have your lawyer counter-act his action

Angel,

I am so sorry for the anquish you are going through. It's hard enough to stay in the boat while it sways sometimes, much less when it's being knocked about by huge waves.

Please call your lawyer. Fight hard and don't be intimidated by lawyers and judges. You have rights and fight for them with all your might.

Please let us know how things are going.

January

Angel, I'm so sorry you're going through this. You're right, he is totally responsible for his actions and you should not have to pay the price for them. You fight girl!!! (((((((((( angel )))))))))))

Sorry to hear about this, don't quit school, there are way too many grants and loans out there to do that. Good luck and stay ahead on the legal sides, it get's too technical to fall behind. Before you know it they will file a motion to dismiss and since you didn't respond it will be dismissed, crazy.

Guys like this ive men a bad name. What a wretched thing to do to someone. I have no new advise to offer here... just support. I'm just a PM away if you ever need to talk. Take care ((((((((((Tina)))))))))).

BTY, Jay is right. If things do go south, there are many ways to cover the cost of school. Never give up on that dream.

Tina,

I wish I had the words to help, but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that this all works out, and that justice is done.
