doing a lot of replying on here...cuz i feel lonely...lost and nervous about tonight ..and just about so many things going on... Not to mention my mind is not working right.
I feel like maybe if I "exercise" it with helping others it might help. If I don't makes sense ..I apologize ahead of time

(((((((( jen )))))))) my long post yesterday pretty much explains what was going on.
I have brain damage cuz of things that went on years ago ...and i guess it shows ... especially when I'm upset and my meds aren't right. And well like i said in my post .. i locked my keys in my car yesterday ..car running yesterday ..just was alllll bad. Tonight I need to go to a very large dinner in honor of my father ... bigger then a wedding it's my whole town. I am not "right" so it makes it more difficult. Luv yah to ..ty so much it helps a lot

ps to that ... u know what is even more odd ... i look so normal on the outside ..and ppl think i look so good..b/c well i've lost weight ..and well many ppl know my father in town ..so many saw me when i had my nervous breakdown many years ago.
So they see how far I've come ..On the "outside" yah big deal I look great ... So what? ... men well i find it so annoying actually. I mean yah it's nice to look nice of course, but i find it irritating .. does this make sense? so i sorta dread that even I don't think i'm making sense cuz this isn't even important... cuz yah i don't want to look gross, but only in my lil world...and really i act like a freak is what is really the problem I shake ..i talk and ask questions and forget that i did..so then i don't know what ppl are talking about when they are answering the question THAT I ASKED. *shakes head*

Hi Eva -- I understand what you mean @ the "looking great" thing.
I was a very shy, inexperienced, unworldly, bookish 16-year-old who "looked great." It was bewildering and scarey when men stared, came on to me, catcalled, etc. I didn't get it. I was still a child in my mind. I was probably in my 30s before I got comfortable with me looks. Now, post menopause, sometimes I miss it and to look younger. But I know what ails me is really inside -- the anxiety, the depression, the not feeling good in my skin -- not what the old "skin bag" looks like. So sorry you've hit a rough patch. Hope you will feel better soon.

funny thing is .. i mostly don't even have a concept of what I look like... I dissociate so much that I look at myself and can't "see" myself.
It's odd...I'm odd *shrugs*... Ty though Take care...Hope you are well.
