Hey guys...I'm so excited. I have been in a really deep slump for the past couple of months. But today in our mandatory command (Military) daily group pysical training, we had a Yoga class. It was phenomonal!!!

I feel so relaxed and all my stress and worries are gone! Now I can begin my workday with a clear mind and focused.

Wow! You should try this!!!

Yoga is fantastic. I could sit here and sing it's praises for days. It truly can be everything good you've heard and more. Physically, mentally and spiritually. I'm actually 1/2 a yoga teacher. Long story, as they usually are. However, there are all sorts of things that I know I should or shouldn't do, that I don't.

Wish I had a magic "just do it" button.

Thanks for sharing.

Yes I practice yoga every morning and it really sets me up for the day even when I am in the depths of darkness. I go to India for a month every year to an ashram to practice yoga and it has transformed my life, this year I am going to Bali to a new school to try it out, cant wait only two weeks to go !!!!!!!!!!

yoga is great! I miss my yoga class, the instructer moved away and I'm having a hard time finding another one in my area, I am glad it is helping you, maybe you could try to find time to practice it once a week?

Best Wishes

That's very cool Paddy and you're very lucky to be able to do that - so exciting.

Yes it does help a lot. I find listening to relaxation CD's in the morning puts me in a calm reflective mood as well. It helps me stay balanced throughout the day.

I agree...yoga is wonderful. I know that if I could just find the motivation to get out of bed instead of sleeping until I have to go to work, yoga would be a preferred activity. I always feel more centered. I want a motivation button...
