I saw my lawyer and things went pretty well for the most part. She put my mind at ease and that was huge. She told me not to worry now because it was now her job to worry. I should say so after the check I had to write her.

She told me that it was never my responsibility to make sure that my x saw the children, it was his responsibility. She told me that she will be checking on a few things and calling me sometime next week. I still have not received the supeona from my x's lawyer. I told her all the the x's lawyer said.

I will keep you posted and developments happen.

For the most part, I am holding it together. I still feel like I am being torn in 20 different directions. I am hoping much of it will settle down after the move. Thank you all for supporting me through this very difficult time.

Its not that I didnt want your advice, I just wanted to take this route so in the future I wouldnt have to worry about this popping up again. You are always there for me when I need you and I am truely lucky for that. i am truely lucky to have all of you.

I am packing the truck on Saturday, July 30. We go to settlement on Monday August 1. We are leaving for TX on Tuesday August 2. However, today hubby said he might want to leave after settlement on Monday so I am not sure if we are leaving Monday or Tuesday now.

My mother, step-father, little sitter, brother, older sister, neice, nephew and Brother in law along with my father in law and mother in law came by today for a cookout as our one last get together before we move. It was nice. We cooked hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks and had tons of sides. The kids went to the pool along with my kids and just played all afternoon. I spent my day with Mom and my older sister. I took tons of pictures of everyone. I think Mom was getting annoyed with the flash. LOL.

I bought a good bye card for my mom and inside I told her how I feel about her, the move and our relationship She wanted to cry but I told her that no tears are allowed. It makes me sad when mom cries. She has been crying for the last few weeks because she says she will miss me. I am gonna miss the hell out of her but I am comforted in knowing that she has my step father with her taking care of her.

My step father told us he will be back next Saturday to help with the move and to see us off. That will be the day of never ending tears. I have a T appointment tomorrow. My last one with my T and that isnt going to be easy either. I have put that out of my mind for the most part. Dont want to leave her either.

Anyway, just wanted to share my day with you guys. It was another nice day and for that...I am grateful

It is very stressful. I am getting through it one hour at a time........... I can do it.....I hope.
