I am curious if anyone has been here long enough to recognize cyclical group behavior.

For example, it seems there is rising tide of crabbiness now. Does this come and go every now and then? Is it seasonal?

(I am NOT complaining! I like crabbiness and not complaining. Nothing beats a day of irritable moodiness. Just don't touch me and no hugs or I will throw up and never return here again until tomorrow.)

Wherever you go, there you are

Yes, Kv I have noticed that it is like a domino affect - one person is having a bad day and everyone gets sensitive.

It might be seasonal, but I think because we are a close group that we affect each other.

Have a good night.

In the 5 months I've been here, I never noticed crabbiness. (I'm a Cancer, so I get the right to be crabby) I'm not sure it's crabbiness though. I think people feel safe to say how they feel. That's a good thing. If it became abuse, I'd be the first to vote they take a hike.

"K", it could be just about anything causing this, the planets, PMS (for us women), seasons, people annoyed their vacations are over (I haven't had one in 10 years) family stresses, daily traffic and road rage, etc.
Glad to say, "yes, it comes and goes" it is just getting through it and over it that is hard for all of us (boy, do I know, ha!ha!) oh yes, another thing peri-menopause and what follows can make us ladies more "crabby", gee, let's see what the others can come up with, will be interesting, eh?
All I know is that I hope my "crabbiness" leaves me soon, I can't even stand being with myself, ha!ha!
Wish me luck y'all,
"darkeyes"

That was a good one, ha!ha!
I'm an Aquarius, really, do I still get the right to be crabby??
Just joking, you should see the bad rap us Aquarians get, so much for Astrology, but it is still an interesting thing, I have an aunt that rules almost her life according to the planets, spends almost as much money as I do for my pdoc to go to astrologers, gee, wonder if I should change "advisors".
Oh well, it is still a fun interest anyway
Take care,

I'm not sure.... Are we still in the Age of Aquarius? If so, I guess you could... oh, hell, why don't I just give you permission to be anything you want to ? Hell, I'm feeling so generous, everyone can just do whatever they want. Believe me, you ain't seen crabby til you seen a crabby crab

I agree humor is important It's been a difficult issue for me because I've been so obsessed with my depression. I'm trying to let it come out more. Everyone here has been so helpful. I really like this group we have here

Thanks for the thoughts Have you in mine too.. how's everything going?

Getting by so far, hard, but I am trying, it's the best I can do at the time
But when I see some of the humour here it keeps me smiling and I hope I can share some of mine as it comes to me.
This is old and maybe corny, but laughter can be the best
