If you have posted any images in our photo gallery, please go into the photo gallery and review the images you have uploaded.

Please remove any and all copyrighted images or photos from your account. If you do not have the original author's permission to post the photo here, then it probably shouldn't be here.

Copyrighted images are never appropriate to post to the photo gallery here. If you do not remove the images yourself, they may be removed for you.

I know this is a stupid question to ask...
but do you mean only copyrighted images with the © symbol on them?

I think all of your pictures are safe. They're ones that you took or that your friends took. We just can't go taking pictures of things off the Internet and posting them in our gallery if the owner doesn't permit it.

I would think that any pictures or photographs that YOU personally did NOT take with a camera, belongs to someone else and shouldn't be posted, and need to be deleted. imho That would probably include logos, cartoons, photos from your computer's program/manufacturer etc that aren't YOUR OWN handiwork... (but if a friend took the picture for you, of you, or something like that, I would think you would be ok for those.) imo

This is really important, if you ask me... many of you have read this and been active on the site, yet not deleted the photos, pics etc that you need to. sigh.
I'm concerned for a few reasons, one, I used to do professional photography.. and know it's important to the professional to not have their work 'stolen' as it's called... second, it's a legal issue for the site... let's help keep ocJohn from having to use his lawyer! LOL
