Gripe, big one!!!!! I am not stupid, honest. So let me tell you that I have had a credit card company making 3 withdrawals a month from an account I deemed for them to get one payment. This has caused overdrafts etc. They tried taking three payments out in two days!!!!!! I think it is straightened out now. I mean it's simple. Automatic deposit on 28th of August, automatic payment on the 2nd of Sept. Not rocket science. I am angry and feel like an idiot. But, it seems worked out right now.

You've heard of garbage in, garbage out? Same thing is happening to me with my bankd.
 Whoever is entering these things into the computer, doesn't know what they're doing, or there's more than one pie in the fire!  Hope you have everything worked out now.

I had the same thing happen to me... but from AOL so I got double billed AFTER i had cancelled. But instead of giving me my money back (yay) they just gave me like 4 free months (boo).

Yup there's even a class action suit being started not sure about the details but you might want to check it out.
