It is difficult to cut out a niche for oneself
Isn't it? I find it intensely difficult to do
and also, to mingle. Mingling is good, if it can be done.
But it certainly seems beyond my boundaries
at this time.

I don't know what I am doing wrong,
but people are always just polite with me
there is no familiarity, no ease of conversation.

My hair is stupid.
It has no style, it is just cut. I go to the hairdresser and I say 'cut it'

So yeah, I just get it cut.

If anyone can tell me of some kind of website where you can look at pictures of hairdos with the name of the hairdo as well, that would be great.

Such is life.

Theysa hangin' van Nguyen tomorrow. Mesa mooie mooie sad.

Yes, I am Jar Jar.

Put down your weapon, sir.

There ain't no oil in the Congo, did you know?
Ain't no oil in the Congo.
Millions dying in the Congo.
Too bad they got no oil.

my cat is a buddhist
or so he says
he likes to sleep
and tell me that he's meditating
he meditates 18 hours a day at least

there should be plenty of websites where you can get haircut advice.

just don't forget to go to the british mullet website..you'll see wonderfully, wonderfully funny pictures of people with mullets...also go to the british website of combovers. people with video cameras follow men around who have combovers!!

go to a "celebrity" site and look at the men's haircuts. did you know that all of the hair cutting salons have big books that you can look in and pick a style?????????????????????????? good luck, xoxox pat

I think my cat is buddist, too.
I'm lost in Congo. Didn't know millions were dying. Sorry to hear that.

Who's Jar Jar?

Ask the stylist what kind of cut would be best for your face. What looks good on a celebrity or model isn't neccessarily going to look good on you. I'd look very stupid in a Jennifer Aniston haircut but I liked it on her.

The "no ease of conversation" may have to do with your lack of comfort in the situation. I've learned that if you smile a lot, people respond better-regardless of how socially dysfunctional one may be.
Mingling is easier after you've had a cocktail.
If having a cocktail is not possible then sit down at a table and smile at everyone who passes by. Most will come sit with and start a conversation with you.
I hope you find your niche soon.
