i have been reading and responding to posted messages and i noticed that some people have what looks like a hug stamp. i would like a hug stamp too.
Is this a silly thing to ask for? Maybe the people with the hug stamp thing did something extra special.

i have been very depressed and i thought perhaps seeing that stamp hug thing might help me feel less alone in my struggle to live.

Would you believe i just realized that i do not know how to live. i do not have a plan for the future. Maybe this is the wrong place to put this?

Well i have learned, that if you do not ask, then no one will know that you want something.

I understand what you are going through, hang in there.. look for good books of self-help, if you're Christian, maybe that spiritual connection will help you.

Always remember you're never alone, we are never alone! There's always someone in the world suffering from the same as we are.

My support to you!

Dear Bmee2, So sorry you have been depressed lately. You are not alone in feeling that you don't know how to live & don't have a plan for the future & I'm 54 yrs old...

You are so right about, if you don't ask you'll never know.
I think & I emphasize, I think the way you get a hug badge is if you give someone a hug. You pick a post where you think that person really needs a hug & click on the little hug square at bottom right hand side of that persons post. So if I'm right... try it a couple times & see if a hug badge shows up for you.

Hopefully you see a T that can help you sort out some direction. I'm still working on it...

Sending hope & good thoughts your way.
Thanks for this!

Hugs to you ((((((((Bmee2))))))))! Sucks when we feel like we are just spinning in circles, that's the way I feel most days. One day at a time is the way I do it. If I don't I get all caught up in worry which I know really makes me sick. You are so right about asking for what you want, for the longest time I believe people could read my mind, then I would get angry when I didn't get what I wanted! DUH! ask! Sending good vibes your way for a better day!

I hear you, sometimes making a plan when your down is very hard. I've had a difficult year. I got run over by a car at 40 mph and died on the scene and a good samaratin brought me back but I was still in a coma for 5 days, had a brain hemmoraghe and 6 compound fractures between my leg and shoulder. I also had cpartment syndrome in my leg so bad tje almost had to amputate. My father died and I survived a home invasion. I suffer sever depression and my mom calls me frequently asking what's your plan do you have a list have you done such and such project ? I know teaching out is. Hard but your nit in the wrong place. It's ok to want to throw un the towel some days but remember tomorrow is always a fresh brginibg. My father always had a saying for when I was going through something , Today is the first day if the rest of your life . Peace be with you and goodwill.
