I don't, but I think if you ever stop telling yourself that then things would be even worse
Thanks for this!

I said this to myself many times, wishing for a pill that would magically make it all better. I do take an antidepressant, and tried to go off it, weaning myself for over a year, but found I couldn't manage. The meds just help. In the end, I managed to do a lot on my own to arrive at peace.
It takes time, and you have that! You want to be well, and you will succeed!
Thanks for this!

You'll eventually get there, one step at a time!

Usually when I desire something I also try to keep in mind that I may fear the opposite. Best way to tell is through your triggers/reactions. So, while I may hold the desire to be well it is likely that I hold the fear that I will never be well. A conflict exists between what you want and what you don't want. And underneath all that are beliefs on whether you think you deserve to be well or deserve to be unwell. Do you deserve to be well? If you feel that you don't deserve this state of being, ask yourself why not? Just need to keep digging and discovering what is stopping you from 'being well'. If that makes sense

Carrie_ann, I had a meeting with a psychologist, he said that it’s all very well them helping by giving me techniques etc. but it has to come from within me mostly to be able to put these to use or for them to have a working effect. So far I wasn’t really putting as much of myself forward. I was really only allowing myself to get stuck in that place I have been in for long time, that’s enough about me. It sounds like you really want this. YES you keep telling yourself “you want to be well” because it sounds like you have the will to change and it’s coming from within you to actually get better. Also try telling yourself “you can and will get better”, it may take time and not be a smooth path but you can just as much as anyone else do this and allow yourself to be well. Wishing you all the best and sending you hugs
Thanks for this!
