i returned a call today to the mortgage company , very nice man wanted to know what we wanted them to do told him we cant move on without the balif letter as the housing ppl wont help untill we have this letter , he explained how it all worked , he started the ball rolling by setting everything in motion from his end , we should recieve a letter from there solictor end of week then they will apply to the court for baliff date he said that could be anywhere from 21days to 2 mths so we know have to wait for this , he also told me the letter from balif will be hand deliverd
