Super stressed and so sad!

I'm sure that a lot of you have moments when you are SOOOO stressed that you just don't know what to do!

Maybe we can all help each other share what helps us 'cool down' and not be so stressed?

Let's hear it! What works for you when you are just super stressed and bummed out?

I usually stay online and try to destress by journaling, talking to others, playing online games, etc. My worst form of de-stressing is cutting...not a good thing I know, but it sure does calm me down instantly.

I know that exercise, even just taking a 10-minute walk, helps to ease the stress.

Try to locate a friend that I can PM or IM with. If I just surf the web, I usually end up feeling more isolated and even worse.

Better yet, just get away from the computer completely and try to tackle the smallest part of what's stressing me if possible. If I can't do that, then I lay down and relax or turn on Comedy Central and bounce on the trampoline.
