If your Pdoc wants to switch around medicines, I think it's a good idea. You seem to be suffering symptoms of paranoia either from untreated symptoms or perhaps even side effects of the medication.

My grandfather complained for months about bugs being in his house before he was finally hospitalized for hallucinations and we learned that his parkinson meds he started so many months ago were causing them.

Of course, PLEASE don't quit your meds thinking that they're making you feel this way, but I also think it's a reason to be more open to medication changes. With a few tweaks here and there, my grandpa's parkinsons is doing a lot better, without the anxiety!
Thanks for this!

Hmmm....I originally had a hard time responding to this...don't ask me why...

During an episode of psychosis, I kept hearing crickets everywhere I went, spiders were after me and crawling inside of me......amongst other paranoid delusions...I was up for 5 days straight..eventually hospitilized.....

I would try to get as much as sleep as possible.....not sleeping will make everything worse.......I would even try a sleeping pill or nyquil out of desperation......I wish someone would have forced that on me lol sleep probably would have helped me a little.....

Thankyou for replying. The doctor just called. Going to try upping my current meds a little, before adding anything else. x

I am glad that you called your doctor. Hopefully upping your meds will help.

I have a good friend who brought samples of her skin to the dr to show the dr the bugs. They were not there. I hear you on not wanting to see the dr again. It is constant change seeing dr's. But the friend did it. She feels better.
I have bugs on my skin time and again. Sometimes they march in a line and sometimes all over the place. It is better when I adjust my meds. And I can sleep in the bed without weapons now too. Please keep trying.
Thanks for this!

Hey there. Today not so good. Saw my therapist yesterday. Haven't seen or heard from her since may. She wanted me to see the doc again but I said no. She thinks I need some sleep med. it was horrible being out on my own and I hate being around people.
